Our Olive Oil

La Maison Atlas Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from olives grown by family-owned farms located in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. The olive oil is derived of these "vintage" crops, there is no blending of oils to produce this product. Each batch is produced from the crops that were harvested that year, much like a fine wine. Acidity levels are kept at a very low level through the non-blended manufacturing process.

Manufacturing Process

The olive oil is processed in a modern, state of the art plant in the city of Fez. The plant utilizes sanitized stainless steel, maintained with high-heat cleansing procedures, ensuring purity. The oils are collected and stored in temperature-controlled silos and then transported via a series of intricate stainless steel pipes to a bottling facility nearby. Quality control technicians monitor temperature and acidity levels of the oil as it is bottled, ensuring freshness and optimal flavor.

The Package

The olive oil is packaged in an sleek, attractive 750ML bottle, imported from Europe. It features original full color artwork on the label and is of dark green glass. The sleek narrow design of the bottle requires minimum shelf space and allows for maximum product placement.

Availability

Production capabilities at the Fez plant in Morocco are 500 tons per year. Ben-Nouna Mgmt. Ltd. has established relationships with partners in the supply chain that can handle any increase (up to production capacity) based on demand. This product can be produced Kosher as well.

The Market

Ben-Nouna Mgmt Ltd. is currently introducing La Maison Atlas to small specialty markets in the New York City/Tri-State area (Twin City, Trade Fair, C Town and Bravo) and is in negotiations with distributors that will introduce the product into the larger market chains. We'd like you to join us!
